United takes Choice Menu offerings to important customers
United Airlines had a food tasting for VIP customers to introduce its new onboard retail offering, Choice Menu. Gate Gourmet, which manages the program for United, prepared samples and Chef Danielle Nahal helped the airline present the concept.
